Refund policy

No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final. Address errors will not receive a refund. Bead Charm Studio LLC is not responsible for any orders that have not been approved by the consumer. 

Damaged items from shipping may be exchanged if consumer provides proof with photo. Email photo to beadcharmstudio@zohomail.com. Allow exchange items 7 -14 days from proof of damage photo email to process. Bead Charm Studio LLC makes " one of a kind " jewelry pieces, we will replace any item as best match as possible to original item purchased.
